"If you're in western Brittany, don't miss the opportunity to visit Huelgoat a pretty village around a lake, plus a valley with exciting granite rock formations and forest walks. There are loads of places to eat during the summer season but, having tried a...number of them, I recommend the Creperie des Myrtilles in the main square. There's space to eat both inside and outside, and the deck in the square itself catches the summer sun at lunchtime (shaded by parasols if you wish). And NB, unlike many other restaurants, the toilet was clean, commodious and with luxury loo paper! Their traditional crepes are fantastically light, and their fillings varied and interesting. We ordered La Complete (ham, cheese, egg and smoked sausage), La Forestiere (crème fraiche, bacon, garlic and mushrooms), La Qui Pique (chorizo, tomato and onion) and La Sucrée Salée (goat's cheese and bacon, with cherry jam and salad). For pudding, we shared La Pom Pom Pom (caramelised apples, caramel, crumble and ice cream). Despite the name, it was superb like a tarte tatin in a crepe. The accompanying cidre, in traditional Breton bowls, was the perfect accompaniment. Service was quick and friendly, and the crepes themselves, once ordered, came astonishingly quickly. An enjoyable lunch."

"I had a good stay in a large room in the hotel, comfortable and spacious double bed, the bathroom is also spacious, the owner is very pleasant welcoming and responsive. Small downside on 2 3 missing pebble on the floor of the Italian shower, and the cleaning was not perfect although adequate. Walkability: Elevator available PMR room Food drinks: Bar restaurants available to customers. Dishes not tasted but with a beautiful visual appearance. Noteworthy details: Very friendly and welcoming boss, responsive to requests."

"we had reserved for a group of 16. When we arrived, our table was ready. We've settled. the order was taken quickly, the restaurant being not complete. wide choice on the map (pizzas, meats, fish but no pancakes) the aperitif was served just after. We had to wait longer for the dishes. the chef was alone in the furnace (kitchen open to the restaurant.) he had to manage the orders on site and take away. Children were served as a priority. When the dishes of the adults arrived, they were perfectly warm and brought at the same time. not always easy when you prepare 12 plates alone. Everyone was happy with his dish. desserts more fades. correct service but no follow-up during the meal. in the whole it is a correct address ( generous and tasteful dishes), recommended for groups."
