Avon Causeway Inn - Menu

Unfortunately there was only one vegan meal options, no vegan options for sandwiches and no alternatives to dairy milk for coffee. Not great for a pub on this size. Disappointed.

There were 9 of us for lunch, were give a nice table drinks order taken found staff friendly and helpful food was very tasty we had different things and everyone was pleased with meal. Will certainly visit again.

Arrived here on Wednesday got here half hour early so had a drink in the bar the staff were absolutely brilliant and so welcoming at 3pm we then got checked in and shown to are room we stay in room 8 it was so spotlessly...

A dissapointing visit today. The staff were very friendly but the food was poor. 3 of us had roast chicken where there were more bones than chicken. 3 of us had beef which was very tough which my 96 year old father in law could...

I visited the Avon Causeway for some lunch today with some friends. The staff were friendly! But the food wasn’t so great! The bread for the sandwiches were stale! And not much filling him then. And the food is extremely pricey for what you get!

Very disappointing! Roast beef, almost inedible would be a contender to sole your shoes! Staff not really interested in our complaint and if I hadn't mentioned the awful meat when I went to settle the bill I wouldn't have been offered a reduction in price....

Been to the Avon Causeway a few times. I have never been disappointed with the food or staff. The guys there are always polite and helpful and the food plentiful and superbly cooked and presented. Try a bowl of cheesy chips and some garlic bread. Delicious. Great pub :

We eat here regularly in the evenings as food, beer and service are all so good. It was a real treat to come here for Sunday lunch: we had a selection of roasts, burgers and pasta and everything was delicious! With the Butcombe Loyalty Card there are many offers, so it is worth signing up to benefit. Thank you Sarah, Colin and team for indulging us!

We booked last minute and asked for some changes to the room. My partner has a spinal cord injury. The team accommodated us with no problems. Our trip was sadly due to a family member passing away and we had to arrange the funeral etc… Amanda, Sarah and the team went out of their way to make us feel welcome and well cared for. They went above and beyond for us and even offered us the use of their washing machine. Food is delicious, a big improvement on how it was last time my partner visited about 12 years ago. Breakfast is high quality and the rooms have bottled water, filter coffee and fresh milk is provided as and when you need it. Thanks guys for making this hard time a bit more bearable...
