we were here for the first time and were very kindly welcomed. the food has tasted very well. we can only recommend it.

there are many Indian restaurants in berlin and many serve only average Indian standard meals. this is clearly above average, good quality and good prices

how shameful for an Indian, not to be authentic. the place is nothing special, the tables feel like a kantine and the eating was at best average. we ordered a palak paneer and malai kofta and you could not distinguish it - the sauce was exactly the same. we will not return. View menu

we have eaten to four and all the dishes, although according to the map different, tasted the same!Even the presumptuous tasted like the main dish - no difference. in mangocurry swoop a few mango pieces, in the lambrurry a few lamb pieces in the same rusted uniform sauce, etc. the desert was salted! desert? we were in the avtaar on a warm summer evening and were happy to see you sitting outside. we were welcomed very warm and friendly, our drinks were served almost immediately. everything we ordered to eat - two suppen as appetizers, the classic Bathura bread, the two main dishes (chicken tikka massala and chicken korma) and also the dessert, a refreshing mango cream - was just wonderful and a pleasure. the pleasant atmosphere and the friendly and attentive service have finally made the whole a wonderful evening!

I didn't think I would experience this moment again: I discovered a really good Indian restaurant in berlin! Since I was india for several months, I have a relatiw authentic idea of how it should taste, but why always taste at most induce all sauces the same or after the visit is a totally bad one. neither is the case here, in the opposite! we had the appetizer plate with pakoras, alloh ghobi and fish madras (absolutely recommended! for it you should forgive an extra star!) and everything has tasted fantastic. what one could leave to my mind (at almost all Indian restaurants) rusty are the obligatory small salads that no one eats, but that is a good taste!To summarize: absolutely recommended...
