I was looking for a fish restaurant in Tarquinia and here I found high quality fish and truly excellent cuisine, despite being in a historic center and in a non-summer period (end of November). ".arrived in the place almost by chance with the hope to try something new. the kindness and friendliness of the waiter makes me think immediately to be in the right place.. "Piccola pinseria nel centro di Tarquinia. Diciamo che la nostra esperienza non è stata delle migliori, però cercherò di essere il più possibile oggettivo. Seduti alle 21 solo dopo 15 minuti, o forse qualcosina di più, è venuto qualcuno a prendere l 'ordine non mi sembrava ci fosse così tanta gente da essere bloccati )Vedendo che le pinse erano abbastanza piccole pensiamo di prendere qualche antipasto, ma purtroppo TUTTI i fritti ed antipasti erano finiti, quindi rimanevano solo le pinse. Sul menù c 'è scritto, Vera pinsa romana e non avendo mai assaggiato la pinsa a Roma non so dirvi se sia vero. In Liguria le pinse sono completamente diverse come impasto, quindi sono in difficoltà col giudizio. Al di là di questo, la pinsa era abbastanza buona anche se non ci ha entusiasmati. Porzioni forse un po ' troppo piccole. Data la mia ignoranza in merito di Pinse non mi sento di dare meno di 4 stelle, perché non mi sembra giusto, però sicuramente per come ci siamo trovati non posso neppure dare 5 stelle."
