The restaurant has no room for mistakes—the staff is wonderful and the food is great! However, I do wish they offered proper chai and lassi.

having read reviews that were glowing a friend and I went for lunch and found it great. there were many things on the menu i would have enjoyed but choose the lamb biryani which was magnificent.

The dining experience was fantastic and brought back memories of Mumbai. I really loved the design of the plates and the furniture. It would have been perfect if they offered some Indian chai and coffee options instead of just English breakfast tea! Other than that, it was a wonderful experience. View menu

Fantastic service and great food. Really enjoyed the food, which was well made and served. Staff were very helpful with great service and attention. Food was very well made, subtle tastes and well presented. Not the traditional Indian, but I liked it very much and will most certainly return. Thankyou

This is our second visit within 30 days. Although it was a repetition, we liked the food in August, and wanted to come back. Unfortunately the food did not match the same standard as of the first time. The chicken was not as tasty , and the manager agreed to take one of the items off the bill. Apparently the executive chef was not there, and this seemed to make the difference. I hope the standard is restored. The only other issue was that though we booked for 5, there weren't any tables to accommodate us and it was a chair at the end of a table for 4. This needs to improve. amazing service and love to detail in something unusual environment that still work well to create a very relaxed atmosphere. excellent and authentic eating from South India, prepared by an impressive kitchen staff under the guidance of the charming and very talented avi shashidhara (ex river cafe). we loved the precursors of roti filled with Dorset-Cab and the Papadi chat. also the mains were amazing: wild sea bass steamed in a banan leaf raw mango, minze, coriander paper-thin dosa (pancake,) strewn with turnip carrots sambas, curkupfer. a fabulous melting crucible of taste and taste, which we have never experienced outside of indies that hit the tastes and bring a smile to the face. we wer...
