back two years I can confirm the excellent written review at its time. food is very good and with tractor portions but the difference makes the courtesy and sympathy of the hosts who treat you as a habitual customer. Good.

the room offers outdoor tables, under the porch and also indoors (very nice the room in the cellar). the typical dishes of the Brescian cuisine are served in just proportions, good quality and remarkable assortment. very nice managers and price consistent with how much eaten. My daughter and I had dinner here, and it was very nice but unexpected. They cater for an Italian clientele, so expect simple but very fresh and tasty food, simple local wines and helpful service. Compared to all the lakeside towns with their sophisticated restaurants, Bettoletro was refreshingly simple

This place sort of has what they have, there is no menu! They make everything fresh and exciting daily. The staff was excellent, mostly Italian speaking. We had squid, some spicy risotto with seafood and mushroom, another fresh pasta with mushrooms, a beef dish... all better than average. Not over the moon, but decent. Great local wines. Great stop, definitely recommended.

Great fresh food, friendly staff willing to accommodate (my BF wanted bruscetta which wasn't on the menu, but the waiter offered the kitchen make it). I recommend the vitella tonato (not on the menu), the antipasti a la casa (who needs more food after this) and the casoncelli. They use local products and wines. The restaurant was located across the street from where we staying and during our 2 week stay we had dinner 6 times at Bettoletto. View menu
