"Unfortunately, my stay has gone very badly in this structure which has mainly demonstrated a total inability to manage the deficiencies and legitimate requests from the customer. A deep maleducation and negligence led its employees to a very serious verbal aggression with threats following the request for room change, due to the failure of the forced aspiration in a blind bathroom (obligatory by law. Once carried out (with great effort the change the new room was delivered dirty, with hair of previous guests in the shower dish! What is quite unpleasant I would say and that you can see in the attached photos. Upon awakening, even some blattes circulated free for the room and in the atrium in front (although they were faster than me and I could not photograph them! . I received the apologies of the Direction with a bottle but I think a stay so disastrous and shameful needed much more than a bottle! That is a full refund, things that have not been taken into account. And precise a two-day stay at about 530euro which would presuppose a high quality standard decisive!! Only this would prove a real interest in the customer's well-being and not a mere attempt to throw smoke in the eyes. I am truly exterminated by so much negligence, superficiality and rudeness. Pay attention to this false structure indicated with 4 stars, having one would already be a grace!"

"Di nuovo con la squadra di calcio, stavolta prima della partita, mangiamo alle 12. Per i ragazzi un menu più light, noi ci sollazziamo, ma senza appesantirci troppo tra taglieri, antipastini notevoli e zuppe. Mirabile quella di castagne che fa anche da dessert. Gentile e puntuale anche il servizio (un punto in meno per la pur comprensibile difficoltà a spezzettare il conto), prezzi concordati e decisamente ragionevoli."

"We booked a table at this fabulous restaurant about 1 hour before we arrived. In truth, we were lucky to get a table but thank goodness we did. The food, the service and the ambience is all top notch! Lots of the food produced locally (0 kilometres). An environmentally friendly restaurant. My children had pasta which was well cooked and tasty. My husband and I shared a cheese board with local honey and jam included. I had a quiche for my main course, my husband has Carbonade, both were fantastic, tasty and fresh. The children had desert, a slice of tasty chocolate cake with apple slices within it and cream on the side. Delicious. This service is to a high standard too. It’s a great little restaurant and in a beautiful location."

"Il locale è piccolo ma accogliente, la posizione a pochi passi dal Forte di Bard e la cucina improntata sui sapori valdostani veri ne hanno fatto una grande esperienza. Tanto gusto condito con disponibilità e il sorriso di chi serve il cliente con passione. Fonduta Valdostana dai gusti delicati e scaloppine alla Valdostana dai gusti decisi che riscaldano anima e cuore in una serata fredda. Particolare il tiramisù con pane nero dolce, che consiglio di provare. Il menù presenta pochi piatti ma caratteristici e di buona qualità. Consigliato per chi vuole farsi coccolare sotto il suggestivo Forte di Bard ed avere un assaggio autentico della Val d’Aosta."
