"Service very poor. I’d booked a table about 5-7 days before for 3 of us when booking was asked if it was an occasion which it was my birthday. When we arrived they had my booking but hasn’t saved a nice table was offered one which was right by the toilet, managed to move after 15min when I saw a table empty. Took a long time to order food and by the time it was out turn they had already ran out of some of the salads and it wasn’t even 1pm. When the food finally arriveswd I had a ask the waiter to add more salad to one of my guest as it was ½ the quantity to the other one, which they weren’t very happy about me asking. I want be going back in a hurry which is sad as I’m in that area often"

Had a good brunch with some friends. Rafael recommended the vegan smoothie and it did not do a Dissapoint, for a not vegan it was amazing. He was also kind and didn't rush our table. I'd just say the wood bread was over. But great atmosphere and location. Would go back.

We had to wait for almost an hour for our food. While we did receive a 20% discount as compensation, it still didn't make up for the long wait. The coffee did not meet the standards we expected from this chain, and the service was lacking compared to other locations. Overall, we were quite disappointed.

Beany Green can be difficult to locate with only its name written on a chalkboard outside. The staff members are friendly and pleasant, but the food is plentiful yet lacking in taste. The restaurant felt somewhat unclean. My reserved table was unavailable and the one I was given was dirty and sticky from drink spills. Additionally, the atmosphere was too noisy for a casual lunch meeting with a client.
