Impeccable attention to detail, from the assortment of bread basket to welcome entre. We chose the tasting of raw and cooked fish appetizers, with delicious contrasts. The restaurant is very elegant and have original dishes, served and presented with care. The atmosphere is not too posh, although it is very raffinated and the staff tries to make it comfortable and with an accurate service. I must say though that during the whole dinner, I thought that the service was a bit too efficient. Sometimes we were not yet done eating and the waiter/waitress were coming rushing to remove our plates. I think the service would benefit of a bit slower pace, giving all the people at the table the opportunity to eat without stressing that the others were done and waiting or that the plate is ready to be removed any second.
