"This is a spanish tapas bar. It has a very fun, comfortable atmosphere. There's a large, very tasty menu. Each dish has two or three pieces of food which means you might need three to five plates to share between two people. The food ranges from paella, manchego, chicken croquettes, salad and plenty plenty more. There's also a delciious wine menu to choose from. It's a good place to go if you feel like trying a different type of food. I love the food however, i've taken Spanish friends there are they were not so impressed so while it may not be perfectly authentic, it tastes good to me."

I'm disappointed that the lasagna and cheesecake, our favorite dishes that brought us here, were not available this time. We loved them during our last visit and were hoping to enjoy them again.

The staff at the restaurant were extremely friendly and attentive to our needs at all times. The food was delicious, served hot and presented beautifully on carefully dressed plates. We are eagerly anticipating our next visit.

I was disappointed with my dining experience at this restaurant. The vegan options were limited, with no alternatives like chips or bread. The olives were not pitted, making them difficult to eat before the main course. The place also felt outdated and unclean. Compared to other Italian chains like Driftwood, Bella Italia falls short. I will not be returning.

Situated right on the waterfront, this place has a captive audience. We went for a meal with a group of friends during Cowes week, so it was pretty busy.I suppose it may have been the sheer numbers which made the experience a below par one, but at Gunwharf they should be used to being busy, so I don't accept it as a decent excuse! The service was VERY slow on the night in question, and the food was substandard. I've had amazing tapas meals before, and this one just didn;t come close. The dishes were a tad greasy, or just not very flavourful. I'll definately not be going back again
