"By no means fine dining and a far cry from traditional Italian cooking. The carbonara was smothered in think double cream and lacking cheese, the lasagne was a sloppy mess with no structure but that being said the staff and service were excellent. The side...salads were busy, colourful and fresh and the garlic bread very nice. Please don’t visit in search of traditional Italian cooking as this is classic ‘English Italian’ and yes whilst edible seriously lacking flavour and finesse. Top marks to the team however, great attitudes to customer service."

Been here for a lunch with team mate. Food was good and the service was good too. It's just near the towncenter. Typical Italian food.

everything was delicious the pizza, the pasta, the fries. they enjoy it so much we are here a second night on our visit. I hope that one day I will return my favorite pasta of all time!

we had a wonderful meal here today, calzone, pizza, panini, fries and kiesige garlic bread. the meal was nice the best we tasted in a long time! the employees are friendly and very efficient also very diligent according to covid guidelines and cleanliness.

My sister and I were not sure where to go for lunch and as we walked around we saw this restaurant and thought we would give it a try and I am so glad we did! The food is delicious and the service was great...and the prices are even better. I am so pleased and will definitely be coming back soon! Thank you!

Charlie, Giovanni and the team are incredible. They really make sure that you know you’re a valued customer. We have been coming back every month since 2011! In fact, I had my first date here with my now husband... must have been the picone pizza!!!...The food is absolutely delicious and a great variety of meal options. There are seating options but we usually take a way. My brothers and sister love it here too. I would recommend to anyone!

Just wanted to give the Team from Bella Napoli a massive Well Done !! Of course the food is great,that's why me and my son love it so much...... But,i was in here Sunday night,this customer had clearly had a few beers and was waiting...for his food. Anyway,he went up to the Counter and tried to pay AGAIN for his food.....the guys behind the Counter said he had already paid. I just thought this was great !! Totally trustworthy and great integrity . Well done :)
