"I eat there I few times a year. My wife and I had dinner there last January end. It is not you US "Italian" place. It is real cooking and no pizza. One waitress and the owner - serve for and a great kitchen. To start my wife had a Carpaccio and I had grilled vegetables. WE followed suit with a "Fillet of Daurade" and I had veal scaloppini in a light lemon sauce. We both finished with a Soufflé au Grand Marnier. All accompanied by a Montepulciano red wine (and well priced). Again great fresh and tasty food. Next time I'll have their Tagliatelles flambé in a large wheel of Parmesan cheese. The customer seem local French people and the restaurant is not large."

A neighborhood restaurant for locals but not for tourists, the food is good and the service is good with friendly owner who is ready to take your request

Nice place, quiet in a small street near Metro Argentine. The boss is friendly. Italian style cuisine, mainly based on sea food and pasta. Quite good but quite expensive as well if you consider it's mainly pasta....

The welcome was one of the worst have ever had. The lady at the entrance was so obviously not sympathetic that we actually never sat down. We left ! Kids were really disappointed Not a place for you if you like smiling people

The pasta in the parmesan head was delicious as well as the white fish carpaccio. The boss was friendly, however it was only him and his assistent serving, maybe that is the reason why the service was not at its best. They forgot about water order three times, and it took them 20 minutes to bring one.

Went there the night before the marathon as google had suggested it as it was nearby and carb loading was the key. Really quaint atmosphere, great food. Would recommend. The owner and-or maitre'd seemed a little put-off that we didn't have a reservation and just dropped in, and I think the service lacked a little as a result, but yet I would still recommend. And shhh, even had some wine the night before the race, it too was delightful : )

This is my second review for Bellinis as it is my third visit and it was great again! This is now one of our go-to spots when we go to Paris. I see the reviews regarding "poor service" but I do not agree. There is a French attitude in Paris - kind of an "air" that some portray - so maybe that is what people are picking up on. We were just nice to the hostess and waiter and they were nice to us. In fact, I saw the owner come in and visit with all of the tables. It was a very positive atmosphere. At any rate, we like the intimate atmosphere, the good food, and service. It is always an enjoyable evening. We will dine there again next time in Paris.
