"I really struggle to find a worse experience, They have been ok despite bad reviews, but there delivery man with a London accent went beyond rude and lying. We ordered at 17.00,5 o'clock on line. Informed 1hr 10 min wait , After 2hoirs my friend called she always gives the benifit of dowt polite to the last. Was given abuse and excuses . After a man the driver took over on the phone. Well it cold out , were busy, we actually did't turn in the computer. After two calls he arrives 3 hrs 3 mins, Curry ok , nans not as ordered burned,spring roll substituted for Somoza . Man still rude.i an new he he said,I've seen him for years, I've got to work alright gor you sitting in, so what.had hoped for good when we got in? Just the worst experience possible, No online discount applied very low average food 3plus hrs wait. No matter what the weather if you don't process the order it will not get there!! An apology, free dilivery? Covid times we all need tollerence but a little customer service please!!! They have just expanded there dilivery area but can't mange. They encourage in line order but don't process them, Food varies from 8/10 just edible They have a very low hygiene rating.you can make concessions,but they /are just taking the ****, far cry from a free can o drink and happy new year . We were quite loyal customers but that's it now."

Slightly concerned when a takeaway offers fish and chips and Chinese takeaway but our Chinese was very good. Would recommend.

Ordered tikka massala and garlic rice. Must have forgotten to put garlic in the rice....tikka tasted like vegetable soup....onion bagees were so crispy nearly snapped my tooth... worst Indian takeaway ever.....steer clear. Phoned to complain and they played the old I can't understand you. Eat at your peral.

Ordered online, had to wait an hour but I was told the man was on his own and delivering himself so an hour was pretty good I think. Food was absolutely lovely, garlic naan was freshest I've had! Checked melts in your mouth in the tikka and the onion Baja are soo good with that yellow mint dip. All hit and everyone enjoyed : 10/10

Not good. Probs worst ever I've eaten in my life. lamb tikka biryani was a total car crash. Most of this £60 order went in the bin. No flavour only weird taste. Rice overcooked, breads were awful as tiny as they were. Would never use again even if I lived near here, in fact if I did live nearby they would have found it through their letterbox this morning

We ordered a meal to be delivered, while we was on holiday. I wish we hadn't now. It took 2 and a half hours to come, apparently the chef was on his own and had to deliver. If it hadn't been for the children who were starving I would of cancelled the delivery. When the food finally came, it wasn't the best. You could tell it all been rushed. We won't be ordering from here again.

This has to be the most useless Indian takeaway in the whole of Somerset or probably England you place a order and your told 1hr 20mins fare enough they are busy but 2 1/2 hrs and no food had to cancell and order from a decent Indian in Burnham on sea which was delivered and absolutely lovely food So if you want Indian food DON'T!!! ever bother with this shower they are completely Useless

My title says it all. After a really difficult week we wanted to treat ourselves and fancied an Indian meal delivered a short distance from the Bengal. We were told 3/4 of an hour, rang after an hour and kept being told 10 minutes, 10 minutes . When the driver turned up no apology just what do you expect, it 's all freshly cooked . If that 's the reason it was late we should have been told it would arrive an hour and a half not 3/4 hour AND COLD. Clearly it had been sitting waiting to be delivered. Tiny Naan breads and everything else cold. NEVER AGAIN BENGAL!
