"For hiking. The hotel is highly praised by every guest!? The rooms are spacious but the carpet... well, I'd rather not have any. Likewise the window curtains and the balcony. Otherwise the room was good. The friendliness of the hosts and the staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. However, the friendliness of the maids was not the same. Despite the “please do not disturb” sign, you can get into the room without knocking and without apologizing. The furnishings and carpets throughout the house are very old and stained, as is the elevator (which century was it from? . The underground car park is charged additionally. It's a disgrace because it's not noted anywhere, neither when booking nor anywhere else. Price-performance ratio does not match the presentation. It's hyped on the internet, but in reality it's not true. That's why I can't recommend it. The house is not wheelchair accessible. Neither from the garage nor the room or the street side into the house. Very bad these days. There is no free parking/possibility at the house. I will not visit this house/hotel again."

Wir waren im Restaurant Locanda des Hotel Bernina zum Nachtessen. Das Essen (1 x Rehrücken, 1 x Kalbsgeschnetzeltes) war ausgezeichnet. Der Service von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute perfekt.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang bei der Anreise, gemütlich eingerichtetes Zimmer, ausreichend leckeres Frühstück, sehr gutes Abendessen. Gute Lage, zum Langlaufzentrum zu Fuß knappe 10 Min. Gehzeit oder gute Busanbindung direkt beim Hotel. Sehr freundliches Personal und Besitzer

Das Restaurant des Hotel Bernina überzeugt durch sein rustikales Ambiente, den freundlichen Service und die grosse Auswahl an wirklich fein zubereitetem Essen. Einziger Abzug: Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis konnte nicht überzeugen. Denn das Bündnerplättli für 18 Franken und das Kalbsgeschnetzelte mit frischen Steinpilzen und Rösti für 36 Franken fielen etwas mager aus, sprich die Portionen waren ziemlich klein. Ausserdem hat richtig gutes, frisch gebackenes Brot gefehlt. Schade, denn ansonsten würde ich den Besuch im Restaurant Bernina jederzeit empfehlen.
