"It was my first visit back to Black Blue in quite some time, and we enjoyed a delightful evening celebrating a special occasion. The staff took excellent care of us and were incredibly helpful throughout our meal. The quality of the food was quite good. We started with chicken skewers, which were flavorful, and for the main course, we ordered sirloin steak. Although the steak was cooked perfectly to our medium preference, it could have used a bit more seasoning, and the bearnaise sauce didn't quite meet our expectations. However, the fries and house salad were both outstanding. We finished with the New York cheesecake for dessert, and it was, as always, fantastic. The ambiance was comfortable and relaxing for a Sunday evening. Overall, it offered good value for money, and we eagerly anticipate our next visit."

My first time but will definitely go back. No special menu for NYE, but the salmon was superb and my friend enjoyed her chicken. Staff were very attentive throughout. We asked to be moved to a quiet alcove. The hostess warned it might be cold... but it wasn't we were happier in that quiet corner.

After a day exploring Borough Market, this is the perfect place to indulge in delicious food and wine. The service was impeccable! The lovely lady who attended to us (I'm not sure of her name, but she's originally from Hungary) was a ray of sunshine and so kind. The atmosphere was wonderful—it's my third time dining here, and I don’t even live in England. However, whenever I visit Borough Market, I make it a point to return.
