"My son and I have been here several times in the last decades since my wife I met in the city died. it is not to use an old-fashioned word audience. it has a local customer and visitor how we appreciate the excellent food, such as cakes and chips, spam and no mention of the cordon bleu/nouvelle cuisine! my sohn has a standard B/Fast of rührei, mushrooms and buzz. it is in the perfect - the cunning egg, that is, but not this time, where it resembled an omelette. why is it-and my son experienced a similar problem in Settle-the chefs don't cook a touch. james martin and his ilk often tell us that one of the first tasks is on course! Maybe they should learn scramble eier, which is more bavarde, like a French omelette than a highway cafe omelet!"

It's the first time I've had a pork pie hot since I was visiting Newcastle-upon-Tyne in 1974 and I can thoroughly recommend it!

When you enter Blackburns Cate you are greeted by a cheerful hello by the friendly staff. The food is a simple fare encompassing the traditional home cooked meals. If you are looking for good food and a friendly atmosphere then this is the place to...be.

Just called in for a cuppa and a snack. Close to closing time but we were welcomed in no problem. All staff very friendly the owner Pauline with John were very talkative and we were spoken to as friends. Barnsley cafe and Barnsley folk. Very...welcoming with regulars always dropping by. Certainly worth a visit.

Now, both of us love to call here while doing some shopping opportunities, which is a nice welcome we save, pauline and their associates really nice, eating is served with a smile, they don't missable as some put, and eating is served hot, there is a lot on the menu to choose, our is the minced meat slice, try the best, 100 for us here.

wetherspoon was closed to the breakfast, so this caffe is visited early in the morning. service was good, but a few negative with eating and cutlery. latte was too hot, the milk was burned and for the price would expect better. the cutlery was mucky, but cleaned ourselves. the food was very fat and took away the taste of the food. service well, but do not go back due to the standards of food and drinks.
