The relaxed nature of the pub is that they can sit in the pub and enjoy a pint at the fire, they can eat in the pub or in the dining room."

Warm welcome when we arrived and shown to our table. The menu offered a wide variety of choice and when our food arrived, it was delicious and excellent quality. The staff were polite and courteous throughout the evening and the atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. Thoroughly recommended and will visit again.

had the steak, stylton and guiness pie with veg and chips, roasted veggie pie with the same side and the haddock and chips and mushy peas for desserts, sticky toffee and white chocolate bread and butter pudding with ice cream all very nice delicious food and well presented. friendly and good service is worth visiting if in the opposite.
