Myself and 7 others came here for afternoon tea! Absolutely delicious and a cute little tea room. The raspberry scones were rather special. Would highly recommend.

A so sweet and traditional mood here. The lady who owns it was very friendly and welcoming. The tea room had vegetable milk and some vegan options. We had a vegan raspberry, and it was delicious!

this is a fabulous tee shop and we had a nice afternoon tea. the new owners do a good work and can not do enough to make them feel welcome and fulfill all their needs thanks. can not recommend it enough.

Came in for lunch on Friday with my mum and it was amazing. The pork and leek sausage roll with the salad and homemade coleslaw is to die for. Definitely will be back and can't wait to have coffee cake again.

We had afternoon tea and everything was delicious, lovely sandwiches, warm scones and tasty cakes. The cakes were proper sliced cakes and not the silly little taster cakes you can sometimes get. A lovely warm welcome from all the staff and we were given a box to take home what we couldn't eat. The best high tea we have ever had. We will definitely be going back again.

visited here today after a recommendation from a person on the website where we stay. wow, it has not disappointed. beautiful caffe with view over the abtei. the atmosphere and the decor was welcoming and welcoming. the staff was so friendly and helpful. good selection of gluten-free options and great worth. will definitely recommend and return to others if we ever visit this wise again.

We visited a wedding that had custom boxes of vegan cheese towels, raspberry and chocolate chip cookies. These boxes were well presented and received. So much, we went back the following day to eat in the tea room itself. They had plant milk available, and I tried a wonderfully moist and warm carrot cake. Would highly recommend it is a nice place to stop as it is just outside the battle Abby.

Looking for a pleasant lunchtime snack, my two friends and I chanced upon Bluebells Tearooms opposite Battle Abbey. It is clear that the tearooms are stylised to hark back to good times past. There are flowers in posies on the table, delicate bone china crockery and nostalgic music playing. We were served with exemplary politeness and good manners. In short everything is done to recreate an environment where the customer is king or queen and everything is well with the world. The food itself was well presented, reasonably priced and very tasty. Bluebell’s target clientele is certainly not for youngsters, and personally I loved the experience. Long may Bluebells continue to provide this haven...
