"Our meal was exceptional, with both outstanding food and warm, welcoming staff. We had three types of mushroom pasta. Pasta is made in house and we were shown the mushrooms picked from the same hillside as the restaurant. I also had pigeon barbecued. Some of the best pasta we’ve ever eaten. I don’t even really like pasta normally and this blew me away! We discovered this restaurant by chance when looking for somewhere local to our hotel to eat last minute. What a find. Truly amazing. I also can’t emphasise enough how great the welcome was."

local cuisine with great food and with a super waiter. be careful to the customer and where something nn is liked ready to remedy without complaints, note only the wine card in which I think should be inserted some valid label with prices a little less high x make sure that even a fast lunch nn you should spend min 21 euro x a wine. Sunday I finally went and I pray that I will definitely return. family-level staff who know the fact of his, sympathy to the agenda and professionalism there is. but let's talk to your mouth. Finally we arrive to the food, started with a segato of ovules and already here I was in exquisite open mouth. then we go on the first homemade pasta and delicious sauces truffle, ragù and white ragù and mushrooms. coming so after a just and comfortable break to the meat the roast

Absolutely delicious food and fantastic service. This was our best meal yet in Italy (and we’ve eaten at a lot of delicious places)! My daughter ordered the noodles with meat sauce and my husband and I ordered an antipasto, the pasta sampler (spinach and ricotta ravioli with butter sauce, tortellini stuffed with potatoes and meat and topped with a meat sauce, and noodles with fungi). It was all outstanding and the prices are very reasonable. Can’t recommend this restaurant enough!

"We were so very happy to dine at Tramaligno on 24 October, 2023. We last were here in 2015– Otto ani fa. The restaurant is so nicely decorated, and the food is outstanding. Even better than what we had the last time we were in Italy, We tried the polenta frita con fegatini, polenta frita con porcini— both were so tasty, crisp, well presented. Also tried lamprodotto; one with tomato based sauce, ant the other incorporated fresh cabbage which is in season. I preferred the one with cabbage, in fact I would return there just for that dish, it is so delicious. We also enjoyed a typical tomato and bread soup which was most enjoyable.Also we had a ravioli with truffle sauce, pici alla nana (duck), and pasta with a chianina ragu. We ate everything and enjoyed every bite. Pastas were cooked perfectly al dente, sauces were absolutely delicious. We had 2 house wines; one a Syrah, the other a Chianti. Both were excellent choices, and they have a very nice list of wine offerings in addition. The Tramaligno has a focus on local producers, special producers, and seasonal produce. We have eaten at many places in the area from Regello to San Gimignano, to Volterra, to Arezzo, to Loro Ciuffena, etc., inToscana. This is by far the top of our list. Better than all the other places in Val d’Arno. We wish we could live closer so we could dine there more often. It will always be a special place in our memories. In the photo below, I apologize that I only remembered to take a photo after we had begun eating. We were so focused on the food and flavors, photos were an after-thought."
