"We had heard about this relatively new brasserie and were finally able to visit it this week. Our party of four was seated at a round table inside the restaurant. The terrace outside was full of luncheon guests and the atmosphere was congenial. Our friends knew the manager and mentioned that he had just been awarded the distinction of "Top Sommelier in France". The owner of the brasserie has other establishments and a reputation as an excellent chef who consistently produces seasonal sensations.A flower pot of assorted vegetables along with whipped yogurt and chives was delivered to our table for our enjoyment while we were perusing the options. We selected the menu du jour - a fixed price, set menu consisting, on this particular day, of chilled cucumber soup, veal tenderloin and waffle with ice cream and chocolate sauce. The soup was delicious - chunks of cucumber enhanced the flavor along with a dollop of goat cheese. Individual loaves of multi grain bread were presented to each couple to accompany the dishes. Our main course of veal tenderloin was served with some of the best pan fried new potatoes we have had. The desert waffle was a triangle of excellent waffle topped with a scoop of home made vanilla ice cream, Chantilly cream and rich chocolate sauce - poured over it at the table. We all agreed it was excellent value -the whole meal (appetizer, main course, dessert) cost 16 euros. Reservations for lunch are strongly recommended."

Enough said! Definitely worth a visit. Consider booking - we only just got a table when turning up on the night.

This nice little Brasserie at the end of Carcassonne Center was a good choice to let the evening end. We were a group of 15, all dishes were served at Nearly the same time, wine was good, though.

We went there for dinner with the family and we're shocked at how tasty the food was and how neat the presentation was as well. The staff were extremely nice and helpful, food was fresh and incredibly tasty.

Sitting at the terrace we had a nice lunch. We ordered a la carte (Bavette, Porc and vegetarian Burger) and the food was really nice. Typical French bistro style. Unfortunately they were one waiter/waitress short, so service was too slow and sloppy.

The food here is very good as one would expect at a Michelin reviewed restaurant. The presentation was beautiful, as was the interior design of the restaurant a gorgeous restaurant to dine. We ordered the Bourride de Lotte and Pintade Forestiere which were both...quite tasty. I would say the service was good, non intrusive but available when required, typical french restaurant.

A Quatre Temps is a brasserie located in the center of Carcassonne (in the new town, not in the fortress), a Middle Ages city in the South of France. We came here to eat a home-made cassoulet with a glass of red wine, and a...coffee. My 6 years old daughter ate breaded chicken with frittes and ice-cream. It is a very comfortable restaurant, where you can taste local cuisine. Very good place to begin the travel.

So, this was a treat night for us. Final of our little three country trip and an anniversary event for us. The Chef here is Michelin Starred. You can see why. They service was very prompt and courteous. Great advice on wine choices to go with our food. The presentation of each dish was thoughtful but importantly the quality and taste of each dish matched it. The pride that they took with each course, the relaxed and friendly pace of service and

we were treated very badly. we found it difficult to book in the first instance. they were told to come. we booked out and we showed one inside. very close to another couple with a romantic meal. at last. husbands quail was pink. seriously floral pink. three people had to inspect and replace. it was expensive. no service. three times required bill. waits with our blank disks to be removed until we finally removed them and placed on a server desktop itself. this is not a restaurant that we would recommend from any stretch of imagination. do not recommend.

We were staying at Hôtel Pont Levis which is owned by Franck Putelat, the owner of this brasserie. I think it's probably the only reason we got a booking at short notice at this very popular and very, very good restaurant. It's the cheaper sibling of Putelat's 2 Michelin starred restaurant. The restaurant was full all evening and was turning away potential customers all evening. They're the ones who neglected to make a booking. A very good staff. Totally welcoming. Friendly. Helpful. The food is excellent. Cassoulet for both my wife and myself. 25 minutes preorder. Comes out bubbling. Mixture of beans, confit duck leg, sausage, fatty bacon and belly pork. Superb. Huge serving. And this after...

"Visited today for lunch after reading a recent review about the high quality of food on offer. We were not disappointed! It was superb. There were 3 choices on each of the courses with one vegan option on each course. I had chicken fricassie which was the most delicious chicken dish I've had for a very long time. The meat was so tender, it fell away from the bone; the mushroom sauce was deliciously tasty - it wasn't over seasoned. My OH had tofu wok which he really enjoyed. Both were served with rice and runner beans. The starter was a dish of 2 types of melon one of which was watermelon, with feta. We didn't think it sounded great but we were very wrong. It was served with a dash of vinaigrette made with a light oil, a tiny bit of honey and toasted flaked almonds and was surprisingly interesting. All the flavours worked so well together. For dessert OH had the cheese plate with 3 different types of cheese which he loved but it couldn't have been better than my raspberry Eaton mess which was particularly good as it wasn't overly sweet. All for €18 each AND it was all organic! We sat outside in the courtyard which was a very pleasant area. The ambiance throughout was of calm. No background music, no clattering noises or shouting from the kitchen area. It was a little oasis of refined lunchtime dining, The service was impeccable. The young man who served us was very impressive and able to tell us what ingredients were used in the vinaigrette. It goes without saying that the high standard of food and service were also reflected in the high levels of cleanliness throughout. We only wish we'd discovered this place sooner and will be back again as soon as I can trust the OH's arm"
