"I am a coeliac and we visited this place as the reviews were really great for gluten free options however I didn’t feel well afterwards. I had ‘The Breakfast’ (ham and gouda cheese, fried egg (or boiled egg), gluten free bread roll, Nutella spread) and showed the waitress my coeliac card in German. It was delicious but I think the fried egg was contaminated with gluten in the cooking process. If I had the boiled egg instead I think I would have been fine. The bread was warmed and served in the bag to prevent cross contamination which was good. I probably wouldn’t visit i again as the service was slow but understand that it is a very very busy and clearly very popular. Non coeliacs would probably be fine and there are so many options for gluten free so I would highly recommend on that front, just sadly not to fellow coeliacs unless cross contamination measures were put in place."

We had a good late breakfast/brunch here. Staff were helpful, food was tasty and outdoor seating was pleasant!

Great experience coming here, English speaking staff as we are tourists here and they have an English menu. Excellent food and a very good selection on their menu.

The breakfast club is central, nice position, you can sit in or out. Giant choice of food and drinks. I had a omelet, tasty, with some extras. Got a gluten free bread.

If you don’t speak German they have no need for you here. Extremely rude staff and the coffee and tea is nothing special. So many better places in the area that are actually tourist friendly

Fantastic food, great menu. Nice staff, food cooked to order, so you can say it is freshly prepared. 10/10, would be higher if possible. Not hidden, but not on the main road. Perfect for a bite in the morning or for brunch

We sat at an unpreserved table and asked the waitress if we had a reservation, we said no and she said no problem, she would come back to take our order. 30 minutes later we came back to tell us that we couldn't sit there and moved to another table that was already sitting on it. All unpredictable tables were taken at this point. Many unpretentious tables were filled by people after our arrival, who were there at the time much less time, strange that we, where asked, were moving or leaving. We where the only English-speaking/tourists are present. Because of the bad feeling for the people on whose table we were now invaded, customer service was pretty bad and disappointing.

A reservation means nothing to them, they simply forget it. We asked for 4 adults and 2 children and on arrival they were full. One of them hurried a girl sitting on a high table to go, but eating with 2 children on this table was impossible. They also have a different location on the other road, connected to it. The girl there was very rude and claims phone reservations are not used there and we should make a web reservation. When she saw the fact that someone took our reservations instead of saying no, she said it's not her fault... Of course, it's my fault that they don't know they don't take phone reservations. Right way to start the day, we spent the next 30 minutes trying to find anoth...

Innsbruck, nestled in the Austrian Alps, charms with its stunning mountain views and blend of urban and outdoor life. Try Tiroler Gröstl, a hearty mix of potatoes, beef, and onions.
