Great pub. Really Friendly Staff too. Highly recommended checking them out

We had a fantastic evening celebrating a friend's birthday, complete with entertaining disco and karaoke. Despite there being three parties that night, the pub was spacious enough for each group to enjoy their own area. The service was excellent!

Felt awkward the whole time we were in there as the building is being sold, and it felt empty and very cliquey After seeing the state of the pub we thought best to not ask about food, most spirits not available Only redeeming quality was trooper on draught

We went for the steak and ale pie for our visit. Portion sizes were great and it was really tasty. Children's meals were good value and included both a drink and dessert so couldn't fault it. Friendly service from what I could see, so around a very pleasant evening.

We had our wake today (02/11/20) and the staff were absolutely amazing. The venue was very clean and tidy. The spread they put on was more than enough for our requirements and I cannot praise the staff and the venue enough. Recommend Brindley Lock to anyone. Thank you.

The restaurant offers a welcoming atmosphere with great potential. Unfortunately, it is set to close in a month or two. I hope it returns even stronger in the future. A special mention goes to the knowledgeable manager, who was enthusiastic about sharing insights about the local area.

We felt uncomfortable during our entire visit because the building is being sold, giving it an empty and very cliquish atmosphere. Given the state of the pub, we decided against inquiring about the food, especially since many spirits were unavailable. The only bright spot was the Trooper beer on draft.

I was the skid shoe lock tonight, but only for a drink that hasn't eaten yet. I and my man went had lammkofta for appetizers and mushrooms wonderful and philly and cheese steak on ciabatta and man had steak all absolutely beautiful highly recommended. personal very friendly and always obligated would definitely eat again, even if not 50% discounted as great value for money better than the high-end restaurant to home made fresh eating always best. many thanks for a great night. bar staff and waitress were also beautiful
