The service was outstanding, and the portion sizes were quite generous. I will definitely be coming back!

Love this little cafe, the staff are always super friendly and the desserts and bubble tea are great! The soft play is a great size and it is just a really cosy place where you don't have to worry about your kids.

My friend and I had a breakfast at bubble play Thursday. She found a hair in her food so didn 't want to eat it. Waitress took it back, saying she could get some refund Saw chef. He was so arrogantly rude. Said what colour hair n where was the food. Told her he cannot do anything Wasn 't happy. Wont be going back. Poor customer service View menu

When I sought assistance from the staff, one employee curtly responded, "What, do you want another one? I don’t think so." The team had already been unfriendly, but that remark was especially disrespectful. I asked to speak with the manager, but they never came over, and I ended up leaving without a drink and feeling like I had wasted my money. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

I have only given a star as there is no option for zero stars!!! The staff were rude and inconsiderate I was made to feel pressured and uncomfortable from the moment I walked in! We had booked but they then told us there were too many adults (3) to the amount of children (2 and 1 infant)!? Trying to change my baby in the smallest nappy change in the world I couldn’t hardly fit in there with the nappy change unit down! The whole place looked like a health risk! It was dirty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. We stayed as we couldn’t just tell the children they couldn’t go in the play area after we had already got there. The sign on the door encourages to be kind to staff… tell the staff...

We held my daughters 3rd birthday party at Bubble play cafe. We had 15 children attend, with age ranges from 1 4. The overall experience was excellent. Olivia was great with the planning the event/questions beforehand and the staff on the day were helpful. The soft play space was a good size for the number of children and age range at the party, plus the seating space upstairs was big enough for parents and grandparents to chat/observe the children having fun! The food for the children was good in terms of mix of food and portion size.
