"We went as a recommendation from our AirBnB host, who appreciates their traditional menu, and were not disappointed at all. We wanted to delve into local Ligurian fare and were so glad we said yes to coming here. The ambiance is exquisite, and our time with Donatella, the owner, was the best. She is lovely and so much fun! Have her show you her courtyard and giant banana trees. We hope to come back to warmer weather to experience dining within it. I don't remember the names of the dishes as they are specials of the day. We went with her suggestions and it was all delicious. We chose to go with seafood, since the area is known for it, but I know Trofie with potato and peas is a traditional dish I wish I would have tried. As well as the chickpea fries. We look forward to visiting again someday!"

cozy atmosphere, warm in all aspects, in a cold evening of December. the dishes chosen, are explained and described and then tasted on the palate. everything super good! from appetizer to dessert and lipstick of fresh water! in simplicity, attention to detail and the delicate care of the service. We were fine and we'll definitely come back! thanks to those who welcomed us with kindness, to those who delighted us with aromas and flavors also ancient and unusual Ligurian

We ate here one night during our stay in Noli, as recommended and arranged by our host at Ca' de Tobia. My wife and I shared the carciofi fritti, which I thought were merely OK, but my wife enjoyed. The previ, small stuffed cabbages, were very delicious. The ravioli di pesce with almond sauce was very tasty, and I found the trofie with pesto super good. With our meal we had a bottle of great house wine, which cost us a pleasant 14 euros. They were out of tiramisu but we had the white chocolate ricotta cheesecake, which was very good.

"The food and the hospitality at this little spot are both spot on. You would be a fool to not visit here at least once during your time in the Tuscan seaside town of Viareggio. Unless you plan to make their dinner service right as they open, be sure to make a reservation in advance as the tiny spot fills up very quickly. From the moment we arrived for our dinner reservation the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and as if we were right at home. As soon as we were settled in, our waiter brought us a small welcome dish from the chef that he described to us a typical Tuscan soup. I don 't know what it was called but it was delicious! For our food, we ordered their tordelli with meat ragu sauce after our waiter informed us it 's a typical type of ravioli in that region. You 'll quickly learn as you travel through Italy that each region and often many towns and cities have their own unique ways of creating their pasta dishes that you can only find in that region. The recommendation was a good one because the dish was delicious! For our main, we ordered the Pork Steak Senese which consisted of pre-cut grilled pork with parmesan and balsmamic and grilled trevisano (a type of leafy green). It didn 't look the most appetizing when it was placed in front of us but looks can be deceiving because it was another delicious dish. To wrap up what was already an enjoyable meal, when our waiter brought our bill he also placed a small tray of almond biscuit cookies topped with powdered sugar, a dessert typical of the Tuscan region, as another compliments of the kitchen. Between the tasty food and the small gestures of hospitality, we will definitely be back to dine here if we ever found ourselves in Viareggio again."
