"The waiting time in the restaurant was extraordinarily long. We arrived around 11 noon on a work day. The waitress was friendly and took our order promptly. The drinks and nachos were served at a leisurely pace. We then waited an unusually long time for our food. We were told that a lot of delivery orders had been received but we couldn't understand why the delivery service had priority over local guests. At around 12:20 p.m. we asked for our food and were put off again before it finally came after another 5 minutes. The burrito was solid but nothing special. The ratio of rice to other ingredients was unbalanced in my opinion. Given the long waiting time, I would have expected that at least some compensation such as a free appetizer or drinks would be offered but this didn't happen. Conclusion: Based on this experience, I will not visit the restaurant again and unfortunately I cannot recommend it."

Burritos waren geschmacklos und trocken. Die Auswahl war gross jedoch waren die Kombinationen geschmacklich unpassend. Obwohl wir „nicht scharf“ bestellt hatten, waren die Burritos scharf. Schade

Essen war sehr lecker. Immer gleich bleibende super Qualität. Gute Auswahl, für jeden was. Auch Lieferdienst habe ich lange benützt, jedoch wegen Umzug komme ich jedesmal extra aus Zug zum Buenos. Alle Wünsche wurden uns erfüllt. Bedienung war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Top Service

Die Lieferung war traf pünktlich ein. Ich selbst hatte ein Burrito Fuego, welcher sehr trocken war. Auch habe ich das maxikanische Aroma vermisst. Was stimmte, war die Freundlichkeit am Telefon und auch bei der Lieferung, sowie die Füllmege des Burritos, war grosszügig. Dennoch, wer mexikanische Küche anbietet, sollte auch den Geschmack in das Essen bringen.

Das Bueons macht definitiv sehr gute Burritos. Die Auswahl ist für meinen Geschmack vollkommen gut. Und es hat wirklich für alle etwas dabei. Meine Erfahrung zeigt: der 25cm Burrito reicht immer. Für den grossen muss man einen extremen Hunger mitbringen. Und achtet auf die Schärfe. Wers nicht verträgt sollte definitiv nein sagen ; Ich komme gerne wieder vorbei!

We are a bit disappointed with the service. No napkins or cutlery were provided! We ordered guacamole as a sauce for two burritos, where we had to pay 1.50 per burrito, too expensive because there wasn't enough guacamole in it and the guacamole had no taste at all! (this comment came from a young lady from Latin America) The burrito itself tasted good, so you can't complain, but we were a little disappointed with the service. Delivery came fairly punctually but the remaining expectations were not met.
