Very happy with the loyalty card, it's very good. Otherwise, OK food, friendly service as usual at Buffalo.

The steaks were really good and the beer is really cold. The desserts are amazing. The staff were helpful and attentive

The service was really cool, the staff were smiling. The atmosphere is good too. And the food is tasty despite a small incident with my sister which was resolved.

We stopped in for dinner after we rolled into town. It’s very close to our hotel. The restaurant is very busy. We waited minutes for a table. The menu is mostly steak but does chicken and ham. They have a very big dessert menu!...The food was good.

The food here is good value if it is well prepared: and the menus can be exceptional value on a good day. This is just as well, because the premises are tired (as are the staff and it isnot a particularly pleasant environment. Service was...slow, although thestaff are pleasant enough: it's just that there are not enough staff.

Have eaten at a handful of Buffulo Grills before basically France’s equivalent to Frankie Benny’s. Service was friendly, as it always is, but despite not having particularly high expectations when it comes to the food, unfortunately this time was a bit of a...letdown. The wife and I both had the small ribs and when they arrived they were cold. With everyone else tucking in to their food and the restaurant quite busy, we decided not to raise it with the waitress. We visited here on a busy Friday night during the very hot weather at the start of August. After queuing outside for a few minutes, we were welcomed in and told we would need to wait mins to be served after we sat down...which was fine with us. Sometime after we ordered, the children’s meals arrived. One was wrong but the language barrier prevented that being rectified. We didn’t have any drinks. We asked for them and asked for water in the meantime. Then there was a power cut. Our meals then arrived. My steak had only been cooked on one side- luckily I like rare steak. Still no drinks.
