"This place has transitioned from a lovely bar to one that seems to struggle with customer service. After a recent change in ownership, the experience has noticeably deteriorated. Unfortunately, tonight was our last visit, and we can no longer consider it our beloved spot. The environment has shifted from tidy to chaotic, and the once tasteful background music has been replaced by loud Ibiza-style beats. We were even moved to accommodate other customers, despite being a larger group that arrived first. Overall, the quality has declined, and the charming "little Italy on your doorstep" vibe we adored has vanished. We were willing to pay a bit more for that experience, but now the prices no longer reflect the atmosphere. Unfortunately, this place is no longer for us. Wow what a place! Fab authentic Italian dishes, great service and choice of drinks. Gorgeous Italian themed interior with loads of seating. It does get busy so it may be wise to book in advance especially at the weekends. Popped in for lunch/brunch on Sunday and I just thought it was a sad place. Really nice decor and looks nice but I walked in and 3 staff wouldn 't even give me eye contact. It wasn 't packed and plenty of empty tables. Even if you 're busy a hi/welcome be with you in a moment isn 't too much to ask. We were taken to a table that said reserved (so they knew someone was going to sit there) but it was dirty, hadn 't been wiped down. Food was nice, drinks were nice, staff just weren 't attentive or bothered at all, struggled to get their attention at the end so we could pay and leave.
