Delivery was exactly on time. The Burgers and Pommes could have been a bit warmer. Special requests not onions) have been forgotten, but have been transmitted according to the cash receipt. At any time.

We ordered a few weeks and it's always very good. Always fast delivery. Always eat warm to hot. Burger and finger food delicious. Never forget or falsely delivered. I cannot understand the very bad reviews.

My BF ordered a burger and cheese nuggets. He is kind and says it was OK and I should rated it 4 anyway. But the burger came smashed, please see the photos (after he put it together). I would appreciate it more care in the transport.

Delivery has always been fast so far, although we usually do not order at peak times. The delivery came fast, but with an order value of over 70€, I think this should be free. In Kiel there are definitely better Burger delivery services...

burgerme is a nationwide chain, where pickup is also possible on site. The “Best Angus Hollandaise” was tested as a menu with Pommes and drink for just 11€. Order directly on site, very fast preparation, staff friendly, only the store itself was a little unresolved. Tastefully really good, where the burger was overloaded with much too many roasted onions and I could not even taste the Hollandaise in the approach. This prevents the best note. Pommes also good, comparable to fresh and hot!

I've been a fan of Burgerme for a long time. Never had bad experiences. The burgers taste great and the delivery was always fast with me, so the food was hot. Sometimes you get vouchers for free burgers! Last time I ate the vegetarian chicken citizen and found him Mega tasty! On the phone, I immediately noticed that I was speaking to a call-centre, not the branch whose number I dialled. I was offered and accepted a 10 minute collection time and ordered the vegetarian burger. Arriving on time I was asked to wait outside (in wet Kiel winter weather) and left my 10€ bill on the counter to only receive the order 18 minutes after my order from a VERY unmotivated staff member that conveniently forgot my 1.60€ change.
