"A wonderful discovery on a mid-week morning, this coffee shop oozes style offering fair-priced yet exceptional coffee in a serene and relaxed ambience. Wonderfully creative pastries are on display. The place felt ‘Edinburgh’ but had tones of those old cafes in the 20’s and 30’s. There is water available with slices of lemon, free WiFi from the neighbourhood hotel (that doesn’t require a password) Nd space between tables to make you feel you have probably but still be part of the wonderful murmur that cafes offer. They care about the environment: buy a free everlasting coffee cup and get your first cup free and any others 10% off. I had a flat white for £2.70 to give you an idea. It’s the kind of place you want to go back to on purpose rather than passing through."

Very good place to have breakfast, good variety, good prices, nice service. I tried hot chocolate which was very good and mozzarella, tomato and pesto sandwich which was also good

I had lunch today with my dog, Millie, and what a fantastic experience it was! The food was delicious, the staff were friendly, and the restrooms were impeccably clean. I will definitely be coming back! View menu

Beautiful coffee, their own roast was delightful and full bodied if you enjoy a rich coffee this is the place. I also had a bacon and sausage roll. Absolutely wonderful sausage and bacon in a freshly baked morning roll. Ideal! Will be back

Lovely building, just wanted to stop in for a coffee and a cake. We were rushed out by the staff as they were trying to clear away our table before our food was finished, understand that they had a large group come in, but didn’t expect to be rushed out.

This place used to be great, but last few times have been disappointing. Poor standard coffees of recent, don't know if it's untrained staff or what. On recent visit, coffee was spilled by barista and then topped up with milk. It should have neen remade as it was weak and was not a flat white. Probably should have addressed at time but had already waited a while during a time that was not busy. View menu

do I want a coffee? I was desperate for a decent brew this morning and did not hesitate to say goodbye to jules. While my flat white was prepared, I made my normal ding with the phone to take a few snaps of the cake. Oh, my, they looked tempting. an empty slot between the lemon-meringue tea and the millet-feuille, made my heart patter! the label said passions fruit macarons. as they know, my dear readers, I am a sucker for these beautiful things, but often is disappointed.

We stumbled upon this place while walking down the street, and it turned out to be a delightful surprise. The atmosphere was fantastic, and the coffee was exceptional. The staff were friendly and attentive, quickly accommodating us by rearranging some chairs since the place was quite busy. Two of us tried the chicken tikka wrap, which I highly recommend, while another person opted for the mozzarella, pesto, and tomato baguette, which was also excellent. For the first time ever, I was offered a variety of options to enhance my mocha, and the dark chocolate addition was simply amazing. Overall, it was a wonderful spot for a light meal and coffee. We will definitely be back regularly. Bravo, Bu...
