I'm not sure if the one-star rating I gave is for Bateaux London or for the OpenTable app. Bateaux London informed me that they are no longer working with OpenTable, so you should address this issue as it seems like you are not reliable."

On a Saturday night, I was searching for something unique to do and decided to try out Bateaux London. The Glass Room boat was absolutely beautiful, with impeccable service, a trendy atmosphere, and unbeatable views. I highly recommend it.

Went on the tour last night was amazing experience, the waiters were very attentive nothing was to much trouble the food was out of this world! To see London at night with all the decorations and light up and on was something else would recommend this to anyone who wants to do something a little different

We went on the bustronome on Saturday for the lunch tour and it was a great experience. Food and wine was fabulous, and the staff were great. It is a little difficult to listen to the information on the pens while eating but you can do that between courses. We will definately come back and try the evening tour next!

We decided to book a table at Bateaux London after a cruise on the Thames that day. All the staff were very polite and made us feel like special guests. It was a pleasant surprise when the boat started to move - it's a cruise too! Yes, it's a moving restaurant. A soloist entertained us on the guitar and the food was fantastic. I give Bateaux London 5 stars and will definitely repeat the experience when I come back to London.
