On a Saturday night, I was searching for something unique to do and decided to try out Bateaux London. The Glass Room boat was absolutely beautiful, with impeccable service, a trendy atmosphere, and unbeatable views. I highly recommend it.

I don't even know where to start, but I'll make it easy for them to understand my frustration. I came to pier all dressed for the occasion, just to find out that the cruise was canceled and no one harassed me. I don't know if 1 star I gave is for bateaux london or for the open table app. bateaux london said they don't work anymore with open table, so they better sort their s..t out because it looks like they aren't reliable!

We decided to book a table at Bateaux London after a cruise on the Thames that day. All the staff were very polite and made us feel like special guests. It was a pleasant surprise when the boat started to move - it's a cruise too! Yes, it's a moving restaurant. A soloist entertained us on the guitar and the food was fantastic. I give Bateaux London 5 stars and will definitely repeat the experience when I come back to London.

I'm not sure if the one-star rating I gave is for Bateaux London or for the OpenTable app. Bateaux London informed me that they are no longer working with OpenTable, so you should address this issue as it seems like you are not reliable.
