"We went there for dinner and let me tell you. The atmosphere was great, the music was between the 80s, some Rock , just right for the night. The service was A+ , they spoked Italian and English making it really easy for us. We took the butcher tasting menu and it was stellar. We started with “ offered by the house “ fried meatballs made of aged beef on a sweet and sour sauce that was “ pungente “ and just spot on, as appetizer we had 3 meatballs on a carbonara airy and fluffy cream souce with some onions I think those were like pickled and caramelized or maybe the guanciale was caramelized I couldn’t understand it and fresh micro basil with home made warm bread and focaccia, for first dish we had homemade pappardelle al ragù with aged meet sauce and grana padano a more Nordic version of parmigian cheese and as main course we had the ultimate steak , 1kg 2 inches steak, bone in cooked as it should be nice and red in the center with roasted potatoes and a paprika mayo . We were suggested to try some red wine that was epic with this meal ; … we couldn’t finish everything and at that point came the pre dessert , a white chocolate blue cheese ball with a vinegary reduction that surprised me like “ omg “ this was just what i wanted after such a rich meal . We finished with the tiramisu that was great but a bit too wet for my taste even if the flavors were on point. We are going to make this restaurant one of ours place to go for dinners . Really outstanding service , extremely nice and talented young chefs and a super quality of meats . I saw they serve many special cuts and types of meat life “ diaframma “ and “ Wagyu “ Japanese beef . If you know you know . We discovered this place for the New Year's Eve and were very satisfied. The place is very nice and the kitchen is visible from even that extra touch. The menu of the event was very sought after and particular, the quality of the product very high. The service was excellent, they were kind and competent, making us feel very good. I hope to go back to taste the meat of the à la carte menu.

We booked with my partner for the New Year's Eve. As I celiac and accustomed to being treated with little regard, a similar treatment. Instead they were really magnificent! They have adjusted the ingredients of the pre-set menu to ensure that I can eat everything. From bread to pasta, they made my experience truly wonderful. I'll recommend it to everyone. I had dinner at butcher a Saturday night about mid-December. is located not very far from the comfortable arena to reach, very nice place with nice waiter and prepared. they made us sit right in front of the kitchen that is exposed and you can see how the cooks work, I would say very good and super organized! from the appetizer, to the second and to the sweet all delicious....the meat is excellent and quality. I recommend to all those who are in the area to try butcher proposals.
