"Wir waren schon ein paar mal in diesem Lokal. Ich bin wirklich happy darüber das es in Euskirchen endlich einen Laden gibt in dem man vegan und glutenfrei essen kann. Es ist wirklich immer lecker und frisch. Das was man übers essen sagen kann, kann man leider nicht über den Service sagen. Es dauert lange und sie sind absolut nicht kinderfreundlich! Wurden heute, an Muttertag, 3 mal plump von der Seite angemeckert obwohl wir draußen saßen wegen unserem Kleinkind. Der Ton und die Freude am Job lässt hier oft zu wünschen übrig. Das ist für uns ein Grund warum ich mir demnächst zwei/drei mal überlege dieses Lokal zu besuchen. Wirklich schade!"

Great choice of vegan breakfast. There is even an extra card and everyone will find it. The best way to try the waffles. I'd always have breakfast here.

Very delicious breakfast with a double side in the breakfast card only with vegan breakfast options. Coffee variations are also available with oats or soybeans. Very clean! Very happy again!

We had an ice cream coffee, a milkshake and the waffles with fruit and ice and everything was delicious. We haven't had such a wide range of vegan ice specialities yet. Cake was sold out. The breakfast card also looked very good with a large vegan selection.

Café Alter Markt is a real asset to Euskirchen because there are many vegan options, which is such a surprise in a small town and a rather traditional café such as this. Apart from several breakfast options there are soups, salads, tartes (Flammkuchen), cakes and more, including changing seasonal dishes. All of the options are clearly marked. You can also get your hot drinks with soy milk or plant milk. The food tastes well although it is a bit on the simple side sometimes. The café is spacious, but still packed during peak times. The food is usually served quickly despite of that. The location is very central, which is another plus.
