Very French, the staff, the atmosphere, the food. It's very good food and good value. The staff are helpful and friendly and speak English.

A lovely restaurant. It was nice to sit in the street and observe the rush. The service was great and the food also amazing. I especially recommend the salad with goat cheese and melon.

The restaurant is accommodating, the atmosphere relaxing and the location convenient. The service is timely, friendly and efficient. The food excellent. I look forward to visiting this 'old friend' again in the not too distant future. View menu

This upgraded bistrot offers reasonably good breakfasts although I personally prefer the croissant and espresso at the counter like Parisians do. The lunch options are better and very typical for the most part. Good spot for a reasonably-priced lunch.

We tried the English and French breakfasts. When in France, indulge in croissants. Try the croissants and the French bread. You will not be disappointed. Get here early for cappuccino, the menu and prices change for lunch, so you will pay more after 11 or 12.

The reason I didnt give 5/5 is because they fit one too many people in the restaurant. It became very uncomfortable as we are almost touching shoulders with the strangers next table. food is good. we expected more from the beef tartare. We stayed in Paris for a week and went to this cafe three times. We tried brunch and dinner. The service was outstanding, with our waiter remembering the kids preferences for dinner when we went back the second time. Plenty to choose from on the menu, the sharing boards amazing and the chocolate mousse fantastic. Would definitely recommend and would go back if we are ever back in Paris.

We went here for dinner, on a recommendation, at Easter as were staying nearby.The food was good and service was very efficient and friendly. It was early in the evening and the restaurant was not too busy. It is reasonably priced with a varied menu.We returned a second night during our stay. I will go back the next time we are in Paris.By the time we had finished the restaurant was very busy with locals. Always a good sign..

We recently stayed close by Cafe Beaugrenelle and stopped one day to have a drink in the sun, my partner had a beer and I had a sex on the beach cocktail which was lovely, and tasted really nice. We came back the next day for breakfast, we had the English breakfast (I think) which was scramble eggs and toast, it was a small portion but I think perfect if you plan to eat again soon.My partner also said their cappuccino is the best he has ever had.
