"Stopped for a quick lunch while heading north and it was the first cafe we found, but what a treat. I had the vegetable soup, (it was a cold and windy day), which was delicious but the home made bread was fantastic! My wife had the chicken tandoori wrap and was equally impressed. Combined with an excellent cappuccino it was a great and very inexpensive lunch. The staff were efficient and so friendly."

Called in for a quick sandwich. A lovely peaceful place. for young girl serving me, very pleasant and helpful. A lovely wee place to catch up with a friend after the groceries.

Had a very nice family breakfast here in late December. The cafe is well-situated and cosy. The food was delicious and well prepared, as well as good value. The staff really seemed like they wished they were somewhere else, with not a smile on display and all were remarkably unfriendly.

This is not my really my normal kind of cafe, but it was open early I needed a cuppa/breakfast. The food was really very good (thick tasty well cooked bacon in a bagel with cream cheese) and the service was fantastic. I really enjoyed the food and the lady that was working there was lovely.
