"Arrived mid afternoon . Was quite busy but didn't have to wait long to be shown to a table. Ordered at the till only to be told they had run out of vanilla ice-cream. I should have left at this stage. Ordered 3 ice creams. After about 20 minutes I asked a waitress whatvwas taking them so long. She disappeared and came back saying that they were being made right now. 10 minutes later still no icecreams so asked again. Was assured that they were being made. 10 minutes later I was about to leave and ask for a refund when they arrived. Ice-cream was tasty but they got the order completely wrong. Service was terrible Toilets were disgusting. Floor qwt and sticky with no toilet roll and only one toilet for whole cafe. I will not be back!!!"
