"Ein Geheimtipp für Genießer fantastische traditionelle Küche, modern auf den Teller gebracht und für Gaumen und Augen eine echte Wohltat! Für jeden ist etwas dabei, ob vegetarisch, Fisch oder Fleisch .. Hier spürt man, dass das Handwerk gelernt ist und ganz viel Leidenschaft im Betrieb steckt! Wir waren schon das 2. mal im Rössle und sind mal wieder herzlich empfangen worden! Auch das Frühstück ist toll mit frischen Eierspeisen und Früchten, Joghurt, knackigen Brötchen und guten Kaffee aus der Kaffeerösterei Bühl! Übernachtet haben wir in einfach ausgestestatteten Zimmern, die dennoch gemütlich sind und sehr bequemen Betten! Wir werden wieder kommen! Danke für alles !"

"Usually I am a little bit skeptical about Italian restaurants in Germany, even if they are managed by Italians, but this restaurant was really good. We had a good pizza, the staff (italian) was polite and we didn't wait too much even tough was pretty crowded. Recommended if you are in the area"

"Thursday is haxentag. For the sake of clarity, we have reserved a table, which would not have been necessary. our table was hardly lit so that eating could not be looked at properly. my gayshaxe was partly dry, partly I had a thick layer of fat to remove. the attached brot looked very white; a beautiful building bread would have been better fit. a great experience was not the haxe. my wife had a wrinkled carving (from the calf), which was neat home cooking. no star menu, but in order. an outing place with a map that suits every hiker."

"Conclusion in advance: the Landgasthof Löwen is absolutely recommended. Excellent, fresh cuisine from the region. Friendly, attentive and quick service. Beautiful ambience with great views. A real tip for a break on the BAB 7 ! The Landgasthof Löwen mit Hotel is located about 1.5 km after the BAB exit Nesselwang, with enough private parking, a beautiful terrace overlooking the golf course on the Allgäu Alps. We had already reserved for 8 people in advance and were warmly welcomed and led to our place. The cards were immediately brought to the table and promptly asked if we already want to order drinks. In general, the appearance of service was very sovereign, professional, attentive, fast and extremely friendly. Beers from the Zöttler Bräu in Rettenberg as well as the wines are very regional in the beverages. Prices are still at the bottom of the usual frame: 1⁄2 wheat € 2,90, espresso € 2,00, gentian € 2,90. Our food deer fillet with mustard crust and pumpkin noodles at €18.90 and Münchner Schnitzel with roast potatoes at €11.90 were very appealing and came to the table with all main dishes at the same time. The Senfkruste at the Hirschfilet could have worn a little more heat, but I suppose that was due to the same service. For me, the Munich Schnitzel was “Newland” but completely convinced me. Thin pork (containing Viennese type) with a spicy panation which also contained horseradish, among other things, which was also on top as a garnish. Delicious like roast potatoes with bacon cubes! The supplement salads also deserve a praise, mouth-right mixed salads with a very mild but tasty dressing. Our fellow citizens were also full of praise over the kitchen. To the ambience, now, it is a country guest house with past and also older rooms. Tables covered cleanly with cloth table cloths in a relatively large guest room. The space available is adequately solved for the guest, not the last place still used, very pleasant. Cleanliness can be seen everywhere in the local area as well in the red-cold toilets that have already been considered a cult."

"The bear has a new tenant. Reopening was on 01.11. at 12 o'clock. We were on site 7 minutes later and almost the first new guests. A bit more improvised (card payment didn't work yet; at the entrance there was a sign that was opened on 1.1.2020 and the nervousness was to be noted. Some things did not go perfectly: a dish was forgotten, a drink was not brought. But: we apologized and there was a coffee on the house. So forgive everything. And: for me the place is on a really good way! Rich card with choice for every taste. Sure, even in the bear, you don't get anything as a customer; Nevertheless, I feel the prices are absolutely fair and affordable for ordinary citizens! It was also absolutely great. In this respect, full score despite small weaknesses : The bear has this stuff to a truly outstanding address in Nesselwang!"
