"Saturday, March 19th, here are fried mussels. For those who do not know yet, I love very little things of the sea: salmon. That's it. But my mom likes this dish, so we took the opportunity to be right next to him to stop there. I thought I was making a huge effort, but it didn't count on the server that offered me a different dish! I was happy! Our menu was therefore the following: fried, half rosé and floating island on one side. slice the divine path, ergonomic forgiveness, fries, anise syrup and floating island. I would only briefly talk to you about mussels since it was my mother who took them, but her only thought was: “Since I was on the marsh (20 years old), these are the best fries I ate. What more? For me the meat was bleeding (exactly as I love it) and I had a sauce, of the most secret, that I had tasted for the first time and that married incredibly well with meat and fries. the quantities were gargantues, for me at all and I unfortunately had to leave some fries alone in the center of my plate (R.I.P) but the quality was really at the rendezvous. this and the atmosphere in the restaurant. We ate late and yet there were people, it was nice, an ambient noise that was not embarrassing and conversations that in the basketball peak, could be very funny and surprising. the floating island finally. His English cream was a treat and all a lightness that didn’t weigh on the stomach was the perfect choice to finish this hearty and delicious meal. We have of course added two hazelnuts to all this, coffee sink, it was the perfect final touch to finish this delicious meal. the atmosphere, people, people of the establishment, the meal and even the decor were absolutely perfect. who hasn't tried the shot yet should do it quickly."
