"We were visitng the Piano Salon Christophori just a Stone’s throw from this restaurant and decided to call in precisely as they opened at on a cold Sunday night. We received a very warm welcome. The food came quickly and was just what we...needed on a cold February night, wholesome and tasty. Washed down with nicely selected house wines (white and red). We finished off with panna cota and tiramisu both of which were superb. Young families with children were welcomed and also pets were welcome. A drunk older man was ejected without much fuss, by the excellent staff, after he had made unwanted advances to a solo female diner. Great service and an unexpected find in a quiet area. Well recommended."

Friendly staff and great food make this a lovely place for a relaxed meal. Short menu a good sign for fresh ingredients and a short nice wine selection. Will definitely go again soon. Very pleasant evening.

Food was good. We were sitting outside, which was very nice. It's quiet and cozy placed by a canal. The waiters were a little busy, so they were sometimes hard to reach. You cannot pay with international credit card, only cash. There is no ATM...nearby, so be prepared. View menu

I've been twice there and it is very good. Just well prepared local food with no mistakes. It's not ambitious and that's why it's also very good. Not more or less. They have good beers to and if you select a good weizen, you'll know...immediately what to order. And, they know how to handle big groups too.

It`s a place for the neighbours, its pretty simple, its not over-cosy.... the service is averagely pleasant, but they do carry something worth dwelling with... an ambience that is pretty relaxed and cool, and presise.... and the chef(s) are doing a job in the kitchen......especially the gnocchi and the flammkuchen with sharp salami are... very, very good... Will be back!
