"My wife is intolerant to gluten, she went there because of the certification this place holds by the Italian Celiac Association (ACI . Unfortunately she was served a regular biscuit with her tea, so non gluten free. She did not realize that (you are not supposed to check such things if you go to a certified place! and swallowed it. She then noticed that the wrap did not say gluten free. Mistakes can happen but still the place should be reviewed by ACI against their certification. To top this up, the responsible claimed she should have checked before eating, and was not nice at all, not even apologizing. In conclusion: you celiacs out there, be warned."
