"The previous reviewer thought £2.30 was too much for ice cream but we thought the cost was definitely worth it for properly made, creamy ice cream in 24 different flavours. Pre teens are likely to go straight for the unicorn option, complete with silver cone “horn”. Many flavours were marked as gluten free (not surprising if it’s just cream, fruit sugar) several vegan. We came here after a long walk and asked if we could sit inside no bother at all and a really friendly welcome, even though the young lady was on her own and managing different orders. A cup of tea and cheese scone revived us, followed by tubs of rhubarb crumble, blueberry salted caramel ice creams. All great. Thank you."

Welcoming ice cream cafe. Banana split perfect. Strawberry milkshake perfect. Homemade ice cream superb. Indoor and outdoor seating. Accessible toilet . All on one level.

Caldwell’s Ice Cream Amazing highly recommended I only found out about Caldwell’s being I Peebles after 6 months of living here I knew about the shop in Innerleithen that’s why I knew their homemade Ice Cream is magic

what a fab ice cream parlour, which sadly closed last month, however the good news is that they are now reopening in february . very friendly and bend over backwards to make your visit pleasant, i cant wait for another sunday, (ice cream of course)
