Me he sentido incómodo en algún momento.

Servicio familiar y profesional. Ambiente casero. La brasa bien trabajada. Postres caseros y vino propio.

"Weekend lunch for a table of 9, a mix of friends; regulars, locals and weekenders. All of whom were good customers to this establishment. The service was poor, but we were all patient having known two members of staff resigned just before the Easter holidays leaving the Patron in the lurch at a busy time, especially with the crowds that are pulled into this small village for Setmana Santa, Dansa del Mort etc. The lunchtime menu increases significantly in price at the weekend €25 rather than the €11.50 Menu del Dia on weekdays. All fine, different choices and the usual water, wine, bread included. Some of our party opted for the a la carte menu, family with a small child decided upon two menus between the three of them, so the toddler could share and another opted to share a menu with their partner i.e. one took the fist course and the other would take the main course, then decide between them over the dessert. All was discussed and agreed in advance with the waitress. No worries! Service was extremely slow and lacking, we waited over half an hour for a drink, but we are patient people and did not complain. During the meal one of our party got up to find another plate in order to give the child some food, another went to the bar to get his own drink, as staff were too busy. Upon serving one of the main courses the accompanying sauce and fries were missing, which was pointed out to the waitress, without acknowledgement. The waitress continued to serve others at our table, then moved on to other clients at the next table, so one of our party went to ask again for the missing items, thinking the waitress has either forgotten or not heard the previous request. A few minutes later, the Owner, who we all know came to our table and told us off for getting up, during the meal! Initially we thought it was a joke, being told to sit, like dogs, waited for the punchline as one of the party is particularly friendly with him, but it never arrived. He was serious! If that was not bad enough, when the bill arrived items had been charged separately for items ordered from the 3 course inclusive menus and all drinks had been charged for individually, not allowing for those who had declined the include wine and water, in preference of a beer. This was pointed out calmly and politely to the Amo (Patron) who argued with my friend, so the waitress who took our order was summoned, as she was being treated like a liar. The waitress explained the agreement, so the bill was reluctantly changed, but the Boss had the parting shot, saying well you are going to pay for ALL the drinks, without exception of exchanging even one small beer for a bottle of wine and water, which is normal practice, as the restaurant obviously wins out on the deal! Unbelievable behaviour and all of our party were disgusted by the behaviour of the owner, with chunters of 'this would never happen if his wife was here ' and have vowed to NEVER return. IMO no great loss, as it is a pretty mediocre restaurant anyway and a far better deal is to be had across the road at Mas Pi with the very cordial Geni and staff. Our party were still gobsmacked days later, we laugh now, but it was appalling treatment and inexcusable, even if the staff were overstretched an under stress. No excuse. Disgusting!"
