Nice feel to the place today, good atmosphere. Our waiter was brilliant, only a young lad, but was polite, engaging, helpful, just a really nice guy working hard.

It was ok, nothing awful but not the lovely lunch I had hoped for. Service was polite enough and not too slow. We were hungry but didn’t finish meals as they were all a little dull.

A bad experience. The service was extremely slow, took over 1 hour to get our food. The food was really dry. My girlfriend also had a upset stomach after having the lamb. Will not be going back.

They obviously suffering from lack of staff like many establishments. However, this was acknowledged and we received a discount without asking which we felt was adequate compensation. The food was good as always.

The food choice was terrible, since half of the menu wasn't available and we weren't told beforehand! Waited for around an hour for our food, only to have one of the dishes unavailable. Thankfully, the waitress was friendly and gave us a discount on our bill and apologised for the trouble.

My wife and I are regular visitors to Cribbs Causeway, and the high spot of our day is lunch at Carluccios. The lunchtime set menu is exceptionally good value, but there is also an excellent a la carte menu for a treat. Staff are very friendly and attentive, making a visit there a fragrant memory of a lovely day out.
