"large Italian food!. as gluten-free person, it is still quite difficult to find gf food in most restaurants and markets in Europe. we tried one of the many gf friendly London foods, carluccio’s and I was so impressed by the many gf free menu elements had a separate gf menu with many choices for all courses, even dessert! the food I ordered, tasty, presentation was so beautiful and welcoming, and the personal was so attentive and courteous also during a busy time of the day. so, comfortable to play theater players too! we; will be there for sure! I recommend reservations, but they are very accommodating, even if they don't have them!"

Good cafe. Available for working if needed, with outlets close to certain seats. Beautiful view and good atmosphere. Got one of the specials bruschetta, it was delicious!

We had a good experience at this branch of Carluccio’s. Not a great fun of bread but their freshly baked focaccia with prawns and fennel was flawless. Great customer service from staff ; tidy environs.

We have dined at this restaurant before and had a positive experience, particularly with their attention to allergies. The food was tasty, the staff were friendly, but the service was exceptionally slow. We were unable to enjoy dessert or coffee, and only had one drink due to the delays. It is possible that they were understaffed or training new employees, as the atmosphere seemed chaotic.

When we first arrived here we were not impressed. It seemed to take a while to get the attention of the servers. However, our first impressions could not be more wrong. The staff were super friendly and professional. The food was excellent and the set menu was easy to navigate. Thank you Carluccio’s. The restaurant is not too busy before 5pm, after that it starts to get busier. It is very clean and a nice atmosphere. I’m glad this restaurant still exists in South Ken.
