"I decided to take advantage of the free tapas offer on Wednesdays and made a reservation for two at this restaurant. Unfortunately, the tapas were not very tasty and it seemed like the chef didn't put much effort into them. The same two tapas were served over and over again and the staff couldn't provide much information about the selection. I ended up ordering food because I was not satisfied with the free tapas. The paid food was average, but there was a mix-up with my order. Overall, I was not pleased with my experience and I don't think I will be returning to this restaurant."

very slow service, most of the food i ordered was overcooked, there was a 15% service charge, that most likely contributes to bad service and food… retail space is excellent

My original booking was at 7pm on 31/12 but the staff called us at 5:15pm to urge us to arrive early. He had said over the phone planning to close at 8pm but in effect we were asked to pay the bill at 7:05pm. We took 40x2 mins travelling back and forth for a 40 mins quick dinner. View menu

eat, and I have to say that this place gets it right. From the delicious tapas to the authentic paella, everything was spot on. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. I highly recommend trying the sangria as well. If you're craving a taste of Spain in London, this is the place to go.

I made the mistake of ignoring the negative reviews before making a reservation. I can now confirm that they were accurate. The tapas at this restaurant are overpriced and not worth the money. Despite having a reservation, we were not even asked for our name. The ambiance downstairs leaves much to be desired. However, the waiter was friendly.
