El Raxo de O Burgo, un clásico de toda la vida. Raxo,tortilla,ensalada y patatas es el comando típico de este lugar. He estado aquí por primera vez durante muchos años. Hoy el raxo fue cortado en piezas muy pequeñas y fue una textura seca, la salsa con muy buen ajo, como siempre. La tortilla rica y jugosa. Todo muy bien organizado y un servicio muy ágil y atento.
