"update May 2022: I returned to this very romantic restaurant and the kitchen changed. first note: again invaded by insects flying on glasses and dishes, although I realize that you could not do much if not ask to eat inside. second note: extremely prepared and professional staff, really good. third note interesting wine paper, aesthetically well prepared dishes. said this there is a problem, the dishes are with small portions but normal prices (which would not be a problem, I love when you prefer the quality to quantity, but here there is something that does not fit.) a plate of pasta with clams costs as in other restaurants but it is with the lupins; fried squid and shrimp is with very small shrimps and scampi and it costs as a normal with squid and big shrimps, etc.) moreover the dishes are very complex, so that it is not easy to amalgamate all the ingredients together. In some cases we have the impression of an exaggerated research of complexity, with results that do not always convince. remains a great restaurant but personally I will not return. Interesting cuisine though not all the dishes I was excited. definitely the staff is kind and professional and the place deserves. excellent ingredients and the imagination of the chef in creating original dishes. I think it's just the worst coffee. the chosen mixture is really bad, sin. remains a place where I will return, because it is very romantic, clean and offers an interesting culinary experience. prices are in line with the express quality."

excellent fish restaurant, especially of sea, but with presence of fresh water, in a charming and pleasant position on the lake of anguilla. Attractive and innovative menu, where you feel the inventiveness of the cook, but without excess. excellent cellar and provided. young staff, stressed and prepared. prices not modified, but proportional to the general offer and quality. absolutely to find.

we happened by chance, and we were very satisfied. fresh fish, excellent raw materials, so much passion of the chef who feels at every dish, at every goto. here does not count the quantity, but the quality! excellent choice also for the selection of wines/bollicina. competent, courteous and present staff. view of the lake that does not ruin (besides the pleasure of the palate also that of the view) we congratulate the owners for the passion and commitment that is known in all aspects. a lovely place, possibility to eat on the lake shore, also for romantic dinners. eating and service were excellent. each course presented us the dish as it had been composed. all friendly and friendly staff. We didn't book, but we were lucky because we were two.
