"This restaurant is a fish and chips shop and let me tell you, the fish and chips are delicious. No one has reviewed this place in a while, so here is my review. The cod and haddock we ordered were perfectly cooked with a crispy, light batter and tender, fluffy flesh. The chips could have been hotter and a bit thinner for our liking, but having this place in our neighborhood is fantastic. It definitely deserves to be busy, and the staff cooking and serving are efficient and polite."

Ordered from Deliveroo from Chandos Fish Bar for first time today, it was delicious, the cod had a light crispy batter, chips lovely, veggie burger very good. Would recommend!!

Great chippy. Love the large sausage, chips and curry sauce for only £5.50. Chandos is one of them rare gems that sell good chip shop grub at a decent price. Definitely give them a try View menu

The food at this restaurant is excellent and the servings are plentiful. The staff always greets us with a smile. The fish is always cooked to order, guaranteeing it is very fresh, unlike other restaurants we have tried.

We had a take away from here, the fish was a good size, with very light, crisp batter. The chips were a little bit on the pale side I prefer mine a little more cooked and golden brown, otherwise it would have been 5 stars from me. View menu

I adore this restaurant! Their cod is the best - super flaky with a crispy light batter. The chips are always perfectly cooked and never soggy. The service is super friendly with a smile, which always adds to the experience. You won't be let down!

The spur of the moment decision for fish and chips was well worth it here. Simply lovely fish and chips, well cooked and not overly greasy with great home made tartare sauce and mushy peas. Portions are reassuring large and the staff are very friendly. Definitely give them a try.
