Esperienza bellissima. Hanno un menù totalmente vegano con una grandissima scelta . Volevo provare tutto. Patatine cacio e pepe ottime, tagliere buonissimo con formaggi autoprodotti. La ragazza che ci ha seguito in questo 'percorso ' è stata gentilissima e professionale . Non vedo l 'ora di tornare per provare altri piatti.

Doveva essere solo in aperitivo ma la varietá dei piatti senza glutine e senza lattosio ci ha fatto cambiare idea. Tutto rigorosamente cucinato espresso con materie prime km0, il tutto servito in un ambiente molto curato nella sua semplicità con il calore e l'accoglienza della gestione familiare. La ragazza che ci ha servito (una delle gemelle) è stata carinissima ed esaustiva nella spiegazione di ogni piatto. Dall'antipasto al dolce più che soddisfatti.

Ne ho ordinata una porzione alla crema di pistacchio, mirtilli, gelato al melograno e frutta secca. L'impiattamento era curatissimo, il sapore delicato e delizioso allo stesso tempo, e, sinceramente, non so chi mi abbia dato la forza di non ordinarne altre 10 porzioni!
