"My wife and I came across let Salinas on a Sunday stroll around old chartres town. We earmarked as a possible for our evening meal. On return to our hotel we checked ked it out on tripadvisor and we saddened to see such good reviews.We have just returned and I an safely say that it was as good a curry meal as I can remember.There were some differences to what we expect in England but that did not detract from wonderfully cooked and presented foodIt was far from the chilli heat we have become used to but the flavours were authentic and subtle.Very good value. It was fairly quiet but Chartres on an early September Sunday evening seemed almost deserted ALL the restaurant s were quit."

"A great gastronomic experience, the staff is very pleasant and very professional. The different dishes offered are delicious although surprising when you read the menu. Unfortunately there is little choice on the menu but that is the problem with any good gourmet restaurant. The price is certainly high but you get what you pay for! I highly recommend if you want to have a good evening. Service: Dine in"

"Le service est sympathique. Un bon cabillaud (frais) c'est pas toujours le cas dans les restaurants c'est important de le souligner. Une sauce chorizo et pommes de terre grenaille. C'était très bon. En dessert une crème brûlée pistache et framboise, très bonne aussi. Je mets 4 étoiles non pas pour la qualité des plats mais pour le prix. 3€ de moins par personne je mettais 5. Cela dit ça reste une bonne adresse dans une belle ville que nous visiterons une autre fois."

"Quel bon souvenir de notre passage à Chartres !Petit restaurant qui s'inspire du bouchon Lyonnais. C'est petit, chaleureux, une équipe à l'écoute.Nous étions 3, nous avons pris l'andouillette sauce moutarde, la tête de veau sauce gribiche, et le pavé de saumon: un mot : SU-CCU-LENT !!!Pour le dessert, mon ami a commandé un dessert supplémentaire après coup (tatin "revisitée"), nous étions les derniers clients. Sur le coup le chef lui a dit que ce n'était pas possible, qu'ils n'en avaient plus. Avant de ressortir des cuisines quelques minutes plus tard, après avoir quand même pris le temps de lui en repréparer un ! C'était vraiment gentil !!!C'est le genre de choses qui ne s'oublie pas."
