"Lunch at Nidaux was delicious and served quickly. To drink we ordered a non-alcoholic mojito, Hugo and a lime squash. Plus a highly recommended, delicious, homemade iced tea. The drinks were cool and refreshing. For lunch we had beef tartare, which was recommended and people also asked how they would like it prepared. We also ordered a cordon bleu with French fries, which was very good. Then two more portions of salmon tartare, which came with toast and butter. We each ordered the small and the large portion. The small one at 100 grams was also enough for lunch. For dessert, ordered an iced coffee, which was freshly prepared upon request, then two Coupe Romanoff and a frappee with mocha. All recommended, delivered quickly and good quality. The service was very friendly and responded to our requests. Despite it being hot yesterday, it was pleasant in the back of the restaurant. Nice facilities and quiet atmosphere. On the next day we were there again with a reserved group. The platters were delicious. The toilets are a bit dark and I couldn't find the paper for the hands but otherwise clean and impeccable restaurant. We'd love to come back!"

"Über das Ambiente kann ich nichts sagen da ich es hab liefern lassen. Aber wenn es nur halb so gut und schön ist wie das bestellte Essen präsentiert wird, wird auch das Essen vor Ort ein Vergnügen sein. Absolut zu empfehlen. "Restaurant ist sehf zentral und bietet Innen- und Aussenplätze an.Athmosphäre und Deko angenehm. Der Service war auch gut, mussten nur etwas lange warten zum bestellen (Restaurant war leer gewesen). Die Karte ist gross und vielfältig, für alle was dabei und Preisklasse total ok.Ich bestellte ein Gorgonzola Cordon Bleu; es war gut, aber vermutlich nicht frisch, weil meine Penade ganz matschig war und nicht knusprig :(Gehen aber auf jeden Fall wieder hin für den Rest der Karte."

"Dieses Restaurant ist einfach nur empfehlenswert. Sehr gutes Essen. ZB. Rehrücken oder Cordon Bleu. Die Bedienung ist sehr zuvorkommend und man merkt, dass sie ihren Beruf liebt. Sie hat auch Zeit für ein kleines Schwätzchen.Ich gehe immer wieder gerne in den Falken und freue mich schon auf den nächsten Besuch."

"For fish lovers this restaurant has to be a top destination in Biel. Their fish soup served with lovely garlic bread is very different than most broth or cream based fish soups but also incredibly rich and tasty. And the fish skewer comes with a lovely sauce plus generous amounts of spinach and rice. Their wine list is mostly based on local production but there is also a small international selection. Along the permanent dessert card staples, they also serve seasonal dishes and the spring means strawberries and coupe Romanoff, an absolutely perfect choice with lots and lots of fruit. Making a reservation is probably a good idea especially on busy weekend days."
